How we do it
3 ways in, 3 programme areas, 1 approach
Whether we meet you at work, at school or in your community, you meet the same care. We deliver every programme area in 3 ways, the CARE HUB in schools, the CARE CIRCLE in communities and the CARE DESK in workplaces, with 1 approach: Connect, Assess, Respond, Empower.

3. The CARE approachCARE DESK in AHERI GEIST: staff wellbeing at work
CConnectWe run a staff wellbeing session and share the CARE DESK WhatsApp number and the organisation code.
AAssessStaff check in privately. We listen for stress, burnout or signs of risk, and nobody at work sees who spoke.
RRespondWe offer coping tools, a private chat with a trained responder, and a clinical psychologist when needed.
EEmpowerStaff leave with a plan. The employer receives a summary of themes, never names.
Guidance over instruction
We listen first, then help each person make their own informed decisions.
Navigation over awareness
We explain how schools, hospitals, police and courts actually work, and walk alongside people as they use them.
Future readiness over quick fixes
We build skills and confidence that last long after a crisis has passed.
3 levels of support
We act faster when it matters most
Every conversation and report gets a level, in person or online. The level decides how quickly a trained person steps in.
Green
Everyday
Stress, exams, friendships, careers, life direction. The CARE HUB replies straight away with practical help, and a person can join whenever you ask.
Amber
Needs care
Something worrying but not an emergency, such as bullying, a difficult home or low mood that has lasted weeks. A trained person checks within [AMBER TIME].
Red
Urgent
Danger now, abuse or thoughts of self harm. A trained person joins as fast as possible, within [RED TIME] during staffed hours. Outside those hours we share emergency numbers at once.
Every case moves through the same 5 stages: New, Assigned, In progress, Referred and Closed. We only close a case when the person is safe and supported.
