Career and life direction clinics in 12 schools and 24 community sessions, so 3,600 students and youths leave with a written plan for their next step.
AHERI WEG
Every young person deserves to know their next step. AHERI WEG helps students and youths find direction, build confidence and walk into a future they choose.

About AHERI WEG
AHERI WEG is our education, mentorship and empowerment programme area. It helps students, youths and women find their direction and turn education into real opportunity: the right subjects and course, scholarships and student loans, mentoring, skills and work.
SDG 4 Quality education · SDG 5 Gender equality · SDG 8 Decent work · SDG 10 Reduced inequalitiesWhy it matters
Nigeria has about 18.3 million children out of school (UNICEF, 2024), and many who finish school leave with no clear plan. Young people choose courses by guesswork, miss admission and scholarship deadlines, and struggle to turn education into work. Women who have survived violence or poverty often need more than a short training to become independent.
By December 2027, equip 4,400 students and young people and 150 women in the FCT, Kaduna and Enugu with clear life direction, mentoring, future ready skills and a practical route into further study, work or enterprise.
