For schools

Bring the CARE HUB to your school.

Give your students a safe place to talk, and get the summary you need to support them, without ever seeing who said what.

How it works for a school

4 steps to get started

1

Agree

Your school and AHERI sign a short agreement on privacy and safeguarding.

2

Receive a code

AHERI gives your school a student code, for example AH-KAD-0007, and a separate staff code for teachers and guidance counsellors.

3

Put up the posters

Your Care Teacher puts the school code on Care Corner posters and tells each class. Students start chatting and add the code at the end. No slips, no names.

4

Receive summaries

Each term you receive a summary of themes and numbers, with no names.

Your Care Teacher

One trusted person at school, with clear limits

Your school chooses one or two staff members that students already trust. AHERI trains them. They are the friendly face of AHERI CARE HUB in school. They are not case handlers.

What they do

Put up Care Corner posters with the school code
Welcome students to the Care Corner
Be the link between your school and AHERI
Share the termly summary with the head of school
Run class talks about how AHERI CARE HUB works

What they never see or do

See or keep a list of who joined
See what any student wrote or said
Know which Care name belongs to which student
Ask a student for their password
Handle reports. AHERI’s trained responders do that.
Trust, in both directions

What schools get, and what they do not

What your school receives

A summary of themes, such as stress, bullying or family worries
Numbers by class level, never by name
Advice on how to respond as a school
Training for staff on supporting students safely
A named AHERI contact for your school

What your school never receives

The names of students who use AHERI CARE HUB
What any student wrote or said
Details of any private report
A way to identify a student from the summary

If a child is at serious risk, AHERI follows its safeguarding procedure, which is explained to students before they begin.

The summary

A picture of the whole school, never one student.

Summaries only appear when enough students take part, so no one can be identified. Schools use them to plan support, not to find out who said what.
