Try it yourself
Chat first, save later. Nobody needs to remember a long code. Students, youths and women can start talking straight away, and school staff have their own safeguarding space.
- Choose who you are. Student, youth (18 to 25), woman (18 and over) or teacher and guidance counsellor.
- Start talking. No code is needed. Youths and women use it free and anonymously.
- Save your chat. Students add their school code at the end. Everyone gets an easy Care name and chooses a password, a hint and a secret word.
- Forgot your password? Your hint and secret word get you back in. Nobody at a school can reset it.
- Staff sign in with the staff code from their school, report a concern about a student or a colleague, and take short safeguarding lessons.
- Switch to the AHERI Care Team tab to see what arrives, then reply. Come back here and open "My messages".

Urgency is a simple example: danger now or thoughts of self harm show red, abuse or feeling unsafe at home show amber, the rest green. The real rules will come from the clinical framework.
